Your retreat begins with a welcoming ceremony, thoughtfully designed to help you settle into the space and set the tone for the two days ahead.
From there, you’ll be guided through a series of educational sessions led by experienced guest speakers, exploring key areas including nutrition, movement and sports science, hormone health, and financial planning for midlife.
Throughout your stay, you’ll enjoy four nourishing meals, along with space to rest, reflect, and reconnect. There will also be a few surprises woven into the experience to further support your health and wellbeing.
You will stay overnight in your own private accommodation at Q Station. Each room includes a queen bed, ensuite bathroom, and French doors that open onto a furnished balcony. The surrounding grounds offer a peaceful natural setting, with Australian bushland and expansive views across Sydney Harbour and Manly Cove, creating space to slow down, reflect, and recharge.
Across the retreat, you will be guided through a range of practices designed to support both body and mind. This includes gentle yoga, breathwork sessions focused on nervous system regulation, and practical tools to help release built-up stress and tension. The experience is complemented by laughter yoga, offering a light and uplifting way to reconnect with yourself and other like minded women.
By the end of the retreat, you can expect to feel more centred, informed, and supported, with practical knowledge and tools you can continue to use in your daily life.
