Women’s Menopause Education + Empowerment Retreats

Frequency Lifestyles Women’s Menopause Education & Empowerment Retreats are thoughtfully designed for women in their 40s, 50S and 60s navigating the natural transitions of midlife, including:

 

  • Perimenopause: the transitional phase marked by hormonal fluctuations and changing menstrual cycles

  • Menopause: the milestone reached when menstruation has ceased for 12 consecutive months

  • Post-menopause: the years following menopause, with ongoing hormonal shifts and evolving health needs

 
Be empowered through expert led education from trusted specialists in nutrition, fitness and financial planning for retirement, offering practical tools to support your health, vitality and future.

 

What included in the Retreat: 

 

  • Overnight stay at QStation Manly (your own Queen Room)

  • Welcoming Ceremony 

  • Three guest speakers nutrition, physical health/sports science and finance planning for financial independence 

  • Calming Breathwork session/ Transformational Breathwork session

Your retreat begins with a welcoming ceremony, thoughtfully designed to help you settle into the space and set the tone for the two days ahead.

From there, you’ll be guided through a series of educational sessions led by experienced guest speakers, exploring key areas including nutrition, movement and sports science, hormone health, and financial planning for midlife.

Throughout your stay, you’ll enjoy four nourishing meals, along with space to rest, reflect, and reconnect. There will also be a few surprises woven into the experience to further support your health and wellbeing.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

You will stay overnight in your own private accommodation at Q Station. Each room includes a queen bed, ensuite bathroom, and French doors that open onto a furnished balcony. The surrounding grounds offer a peaceful natural setting, with Australian bushland and expansive views across Sydney Harbour and Manly Cove, creating space to slow down, reflect, and recharge.

Across the retreat, you will be guided through a range of practices designed to support both body and mind. This includes gentle yoga, breathwork sessions focused on nervous system regulation, and practical tools to help release built-up stress and tension. The experience is complemented by laughter yoga, offering a light and uplifting way to reconnect with yourself and other like minded women.

By the end of the retreat, you can expect to feel more centred, informed, and supported, with practical knowledge and tools you can continue to use in your daily life.

A supportive and empowering day designed to help you better understand menopause, reconnect with yourself, and feel supported through this stage of life. Begin the day with a welcoming sound healing and intention-setting ceremony, followed by expert-led education on nutrition, hormone health, sports science, and physical wellbeing. Enjoy nourishing conversations over lunch, along with time to slow down, reflect, and reconnect in a beautiful supportive environment.

The afternoon invites you to focus on yourself through guided goal setting and vision board crafting, followed by a calming breathwork and nervous system education session designed to help you feel more grounded, balanced, and connected. More than just a workshop day, this is an opportunity to step away from the demands of everyday life and be surrounded by like-minded women who truly understand this stage of life.

This is more than just a wellness day, it’s a nourishing experience for all women to relax, reset, learn, and reconnect with themselves. Begin your morning with a restorative yoga session, followed by a nourishing breakfast and an empowering discussion around financial planning for retirement and creating greater financial independence.

The day continues with a transformational breathwork experience, time to slow down and reflect, a beautiful lunch, and an uplifting Laughter Yoga session designed to leave you feeling lighter, calmer, clearer, and inspired. It’s an opportunity to step away from the constant doing, take time for yourself, and return home feeling reconnected to what truly matters.
