What is Breathwork and Why is it important?

Regulating your nervous system has wide ranging benefits because it supports how your body responds to stress, safety, rest and connection. When your nervous system is more balanced,  your whole system functions more efficiently and with less strain.

This Breathwork Series runs over 4 consecutive weeks and is designed to gently balance and regulate your nervous system while building awareness, safety and resilience in your body.

 

During the first three weeks, the focus is on education and nervous system regulation. Each session begins with nervous system education, helping you understand how stress, fatigue, emotions and past experiences live in the body, and an experiential nervous system reset. This is followed by a 30 minute guided breathwork practice, specifically designed to calm the nervous system, restore balance and support deep rest. Each session concludes with a group gathering, allowing time for reflection, connection and the opportunity to ask questions and share insights if you wish.

 

The final week is a longer, 45-minute transformational breathwork session. This beautiful and supportive session is designed to build a sense of inner safety, release stored tension, resistance and trauma held in the body and allow space for emotional and energetic shifts to unfold at your own pace. This session integrates everything learned throughout the series and offers a deeper, yet still trauma-informed, breathwork experience.

 

Throughout the program, emphasis is placed on choice, self-regulation and nervous system safety, ensuring the practices are accessible and supportive. You will leave with practical tools and a deeper understanding of how to continue supporting your nervous

system in daily life.

 

This series is suitable for anyone feeling overwhelmed, depleted, stuck in stress patterns or seeking a deeper connection to themselves through breath and body awareness

4 Week Nervous System Reset & Transformational Breathwork Series

Sessions Include:

 

WEEKS 1 TO 3:​ Nervous System Education and Gentle Breathwork Classes

  • Nervous system regulation and breathing, learn how stress, fatigue, emotions and past experiences live in the body and more

  • 30 minute guded breathwork session to calm the nervous system and restor balance

  • Learn practical tools you 

WEEK 4:​ 1 hour Transformational Breathwork Experience

One-on-One Breathwork Coaching

Our most popular breathwork service, for those seeking a private and tailored breathwork experience. We start with an initial consult which is usually followed by several Follow up Coaching sessions. 

 

Initial Consultation

The initial consultation is designed to give you a clear understanding of how you’re presently breathing and what we can improve on while regulating your nervous system.

The session includes:

  • Three Breathing Assessments to understand your current breathing patterns.

  • 24-question Screening to gain deeper insight into your stress, sleep habits, lifestyle, and overall nervous system responses.

  • Breathing Reset Protocol exercises which will enhance your baseline breathing, alleviate symptoms and reprogram your natural breathing rate.

  • Customised Guided Breathwork Session (based on what we’ve discovered in the session) to help you strengthen and integrate and finish feeling calm and grounded. 

 

Following your session you will take home the following tools to help you self regulate your nervous system:

  • Customised Breathwork Session Home Practice Recording.

 

Follow Up Coaching 

Following our Initial Consultation, if you choose work together, we will typically do a further 4x 45min/1hr sessions to regulate your nervous system and help you destress and improve your health and wellbeing through customised breathwork sessions. Then based on your breathing habits and the state of your nervous system, we can work you up to achieving a trauma release (transformational breathwork session).

 

By the second session we will have a clear understanding if your body is ready for a transformational breathwork session. ​

Corporate Wellness Facilitation
