Rachel Lafazanis is the founder of The Income Edit, a financial advice practice dedicated to helping women build financial security so that when work stops, the income continues.

After years in traditional financial planning, Rachel saw how many women felt unheard, overwhelmed, or disconnected from their own financial strategies — and she set out to change that.

Rachel specialises in financial advice for women by:

  • Building their tax effective retirement savings (superannuation) to support a comfortable retirement in a way that aligns with their values, skills, interests, and available time.

  • Maximise their Centrelink benefits including Age Pension, where possible, through strategies that minimise the assets that Centrelink assesses.

  • Manage their spending so that it is in line with their values and helps to build the future they desire.

  • Reduce debt so they can retire debt free and enjoy the peace of mind that comes with that.

  • Select investments that help them to achieve their goals and are aligned to their values, eg, environmental and ethical values.

  • Building a safety net via insurance and savings so that if work stops due to illness or injury, they can afford to keep their home and lifestyle.

Rachel's presentation is aimed at empowering and enabling women to prepare for their future with 3 key action items that can get them started plus improved awareness of what is possible to help them achieve their vision board.

There will be time for questions.
