Jade Woods has been practising yoga for most of her life and has been a certified yoga instructor for over three years. With a background in Nutrition Science and a strong interest in women’s health, Jade uses yoga as a pathway to explore and support vitality, balance, and wellbeing in everyday life.
Rooted in the wisdom of ancient yoga traditions, Jade’s approach goes beyond the physical practice to nurture the whole person. Her classes combine gentle flow with longer restorative holds to encourage myofascial release, improve mobility and circulation, and support bone health.
This restorative style also helps calm the nervous system, assisting with stress and cortisol reduction, improved sleep, and better digestion. Jade is passionate about creating a welcoming and accessible environment where women feel comfortable to slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and tune in to what they truly need.
Her intention is to offer a space where participants can pause, restore, and leave feeling grounded, rejuvenated, and more at home within themselves.
