Frequency Lifestyles Women’s Menopause Education & Empowerment Retreats are thoughtfully designed for women in their 40s, 50s and 60s navigating the natural transitions of midlife. This retreat runs from 8.30am on Saturday 23rd May and will finish at approximately 3.30pm on Sunday 24th May 2026. Price includes accommodation, meals, transport to location from reception and all sessions part of this amazing experience!
